On February 14, 2008, IBM and Dataram entered into a Technical Support Agreement. The Agreement allows IBM to provide service on Dataram memory installed in IBM AMD-based and Intel-based servers and workstations.
If your system is currently covered either by an IBM maintenance agreement or a purchased upgrade to an IBM machine warranty, simply contact IBM Field Service as you normally would for any problems with the memory. There is no cost to you in having Dataram memory serviced by IBM.
