Our on-site spares program ensures that in the unlikely event of a memory failure, you’ll always have quality memory replacement parts on hand for a quick swap-out.

With our prepaid on-site service support, Dataram will prepay for a specific number of ad-hoc service hours (a common option in your service maintenance agreement). If you are experiencing a problem which you believe is memory related, your service provider is typically obligated to perform the appropriate problem determination and resolution under these pre-purchased hours.
