Fast Delivery of Replacement Memory

Dataram’s advance replacements allow you to quickly and easily maintain your system. In the unlikely event of a memory failure, simply contact Dataram Customer Support, provide us with the memory part number, and we’ll expedite a shipment of replacement memory to you – free of charge. In most cases we can ship memory the same day.

You’ll be provided with a Return Material Authorization number (RMA#) for the return of the defective memory. All we ask if that you return the defective memory to us within two weeks of your receipt of the replacement memory. All returns must have the RMA# clearly displayed on the outside of the box.
