Lifetime Warranty

Dataram Corporation warrants that its memory products will be free from defects in material and workmanship and conform to the manufacturer's specifications for the computer in which it is originally installed. This warranty is extended to the original end user for the lifetime of the system.

Basic Product Repair or Replacement Policy

If a Dataram memory product does not function properly, Dataram will issue a Return Material Authorization number (RMA#) for the return of the defective memory. Upon receipt, Dataram will repair or replace (at Dataram’s discretion) the product and express ship the memory back to the customer.

Advance Replacement Policy

If a Dataram memory product does not function properly, Dataram will express ship a replacement the same day at no cost to the customer. Same-day shipment is dependent on the time of the customer’s request and product availability. Dataram does not guarantee replacement memory will always be immediately available, nor does Dataram guarantee same-day shipment. Dataram will make every reasonable effort to ship the replacement memory the same day of the request.
