Our portfolio of memory and storage products, performance software, and optimization services, uniquely positions Dataram to successfully achieve these objectives within your organization. To realize these goals, our customers are offered the opportunity to participate in our Performance Optimization and Total Cost of Computing Reduction (POTCC) Program.
The POTCC Program is a unique consulting service that includes a comprehensive performance and cost analysis of your existing hardware, software and resident applications. This analysis can be performed on your entire data center and application portfolio or a designated sub-segment.
The analysis will assess the cost of current spend and performance metrics associated with the specified target(s) which will define the “As-Is” model. Completing this step provides the basis to design an ideal end-state “To-Be” model which represents a roadmap for optimized hardware/software spend and customer satisfaction. In addition to cost optimization, the program will improve operational performance and customer satisfaction through performance tuning of mission critical applications and recommend Dataram memory and storage products that deliver substantial and immediate cost reductions.

The POTCC Program is based on documented Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) developed from years of field experience. While highly standardized, the delivery model is also customizable to insure maximum efficiency. Our customers have experienced significant performance improvements and cost reductions after our deployment of the aforementioned steps. As part of a continuous process improvement program, other customers request that Dataram perform these steps on a quarterly or bi-annually basis to ensure optimization and cost reductions opportunities are continually occurring.
